The Extension is open source under the MIT License. The name "AI Chat Transfer" and any associated branding are provided for identification purposes. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or any other AI platform.

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Use of the Extension is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators or contributors of AI Chat Transfer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial damages.

Changes to Terms
